The Time Traveler's Wife
I finished it and it turned out to be a lesson to me. I don't like depressing stories. And these are different than sad, disturbing, or even horrifying stories. The depressing ones like The Time Traveler's Wife have an element of claustrophobia. I was trapped on his timeline which he travelled back and forth on. I decided this would not be a good thing for real. So, I need to stick to mostly genre novels. This novel had fantasy elements but mostly the characters wallowed in their own stories. That is Clare wallowed in Henry's, which is even more distasteful. Yuck!
